WiFi connection for the C2100

  • 2.4 GHz: 802.11 b/g/n
  • 5 GHz: 802.11 ac (WiFi 5)

You can connect devices to your WiFi network three different ways:

1. Enter your WiFi password on the device

2. Scan the join code from the Quantum Fiber app

3. Push the WPS button on your modem

Speed specifications

The C2100 gateway is tested and certified to run up to 940 Mbps on the Quantum Fiber network.

How to sign in to the modem settings site

Modem settings connection notes:

  • You must be connected to the Quantum Fiber network to access this web page. It will not load from any other network connection.

  • Note that the URL starts with http (not https); for this reason, many browsers will flag it as a security risk. Rest assured, it's safe!


Follow these steps to open and sign in to the secure site (GUI).

1. Conecta un dispositivo a tu red por WiFi o mediante un cable Ethernet enchufado a tu módem.
  

2. Enter http://192.168.0.1 into your preferred web browser.
 

3.  Use the Admin Username and Admin Password printed on the sticker on your modem to sign in.
